    I bought some recently. They feel and look a bit cheap and when I first fitted them they shuddered every time they wiped. They're fine now (A coat of Rain-X sorted that out).

    You get what you pay for here. Given the choice I'd probably buy the GM ones (for around £25) next time. Ok for the price though. A good budget introduction into the flatblade world

    I can imagine one set not being quite as good as the next though (ie inconsistent quality)

    I would never buy cheap as to me you buy cheap and you buy twice. I also think seeing where you are going when it is dark and raining is prety important.

    im going back to normal wipers on my third set of flat blades now and every pair ive had only work properly when its raining hard on fast wipe.
    they judder on any other setting.

    Just fitted my second set of Bosch AeroTwin flatblades. Fantastic, can't recommend them enough. Around £27 delivered off FleaBay.

    i bought these ones and cant fault them .. i have my windscreen rain-x'd up allways so they glide nice... but yeah for the price they are top job! hth

    i was also wondering whats the difference between the normal blades and the flatblades

    Flat blades produce constant pressure along the length of the blade where as 'normal' blades have areas of differing contact pressure against the screen due to the frame holding the blade.

    so it sounds like flat blades are the way to go do you know the lengths of each one needed
