    They say a novice should start with a dual action polisher, but with a rotary as long as you get some practice in on a scrap panel and get a good technique I can't see it being a major problem. Rotaries can cause damage in the wrong hands, but if you at least respect it and practice I doubt you'll damage the paint. Rushys got the orange version of the silverline Ritch, might be worth an ask.

    Er no. If you want to get good get a scrap panel before trying it for real. Plenty of guide on youtube etc.

    Good luck Rich, I'm seriously thinking about one of these too. A lot to learn about polishes, pads and techniques but I think the scrap panels is a good idea.

    Rich, I bought one of these before TRAX. Worked a treat. Didn't save much time over doing it by hand but got rid of pretty much all the scratches I had.

    Highly recommend it m8.
