Had the car in for a Full Service and 2nd MOT today at local independent garage .... all fine.

Went to do my post service inspection under the bonnet and engine cover and saw the swirl valve / inlet manifld rod thing fully disonnected and lying on the base of the space where it should operate ....

I've read the How 2 .... does the repair How 2 really work? how can I get access to the small channel to remove the control bar and try to carefully replace. Is there anything I should remove first or adjust to give me more space?
