Default Brake bleed problem? on new upgrade.

    Hi Guys & Ladies!

Just got myself into a little corner....

Just got round to installing the 314mm brakes from saab guys. went on easy enough, but i have no brake pedal!

I have been told its an airlock, i have bleed over 2l of fluid through the system, it makes no difference. I pump up the pedal, switch on the engine and the pedal hit the floor! (slowly) so i think i still have air in there, is there any tips..??? could the calipers be ****ged? and air is getting back via the caliper? anyone else had a doggy brake? or is it the dam air stuck in the system?

thanks guys, dont know whether to put the old ones on and be done with it now.

used gunson easy bleed, cant see anymore air coming out, the brakes work at about 40% but the hardly any resistance to the pedal... i think its air, but it must be getting in somewhere, a friend has said it may have a seal fault, but cant see any leak...anywhere.
even tried gravity.... did the rear N/S and front O/S and vice versa, then rears together and front etcs.. every combination, still no pedal... or handbrake..
any ideas chaps... Any VX mechanic know is there is a specfic order??

silly question... check the bleed nipples. make sure they are uppermost on the caliper. I fitted mine on the wrong side and this makes the bleed nipple sit lower thus trapping air in the top section.

Yep, its on the side but if the calipers are on the wrong way round its lower than it should be.... Did you happen to do the rear pads by anychance as well?
