Mas Performance
Just quoted me £230 for a remap on the Vec cdti and they're local too (Yorkshire). Not offering anything more or less than the other companies who are similarly priced. Just wondered if any one has used them?? Any reviews??

Be interested to hear it. For myself I've paid the extra to go for BSR because I'm still in warranty and I want to be able to take it off when it's in for servicing (and/or repair).

I was going to go for the VXR or DAP Remap which have had good reviews but instead I am going to order the Celtic Tuning Remap which allows me to put the remap on and then take it off for £450.
They say their remap will give me around 200bhp but it all depends. As long as I can put it on and take it off when I want and I can around the 200bhp mark I will be happy.
VXR and Dap use EDS, Celtic use Superchips dont they, same as TMS handheld?
I had considered going extra so I could take it off but I'm out of warrantly now and I never ever ever intend to take the car back to the stealers for anything as the local one to me are the most incompetent people I've evr dealt with!!
Spoke to MAS yesterday and he's coming to me on Friday (fully mobile service) so will be able to update at the weekend!
No rolling road then? Hope your going to take it to Well lane to see what you get?
Not sure where my nearest rolling road is but I may take it down. Been quoted 190bhp and an extra 60nm of torque which was the results on an astra cdti.
That's it, re map is done and it's like a different car. Having had the Caterman box on it's not that disimilar to drive but it feels like it's got more pull both low down and at the top end. Would be interesting to see what it actually makes on a rolling road!
