I took about 200 pics but currently only have a 'point and shoot' Fuji so alot didn't come out too well, seriously thinking about a DSLR now.

I missed this on Sunday, as I was in Wales; but their was a good fireworks display on the Saturday evening...

This was taken by one of my loved ones, to show me what I was missing on the day....

Nice set pf photos,a dslr would fairly improve your shots.But the're still very good

awesome mate, i was going to go but had things come up so didnt manage to which was a shame, but i did see the farnborough one earlier this year though.

JayKay - When I've got my pennies saved I think I'm gonna go for a DSLR, the Canon 450D looks good. What have you got?

Nelly - We were thinking of going on the Saturday as well because the Vulcan was scheduled to fly but they annouced on the Friday that it was unserviceable (probably due to the snapped jack as per deadman's thread) but had heard the fireworks were pretty good.

Bill - They are doing it next year as well, The provisional dates for 2009 will be 20th – 23rd August.
