Thought I would post up some of my fave pics from yesterdays airshow in Southport.

It was a really good day, even the sun was out!

Highlight of the day was seeing the Vulcan Bomber - which had not flown since 1992

I was there too and it was fantastic, listening to 40,000lbs of thrust from the Typhoon is just superb.

The Vulcan sounds ace too and looks amazing considering it is nearly 60 years old!

Great pictures. Reminds me of my trips to the Biggin Hill Air Show when I lived dahn sarf.

I could see/hear jets flying low-level along Crosby beach yesterday. Wish I'd have gone myself.

Looks brilliant was on Southport pier last month looking at previous years air-shows. Must give it a go next year.
