    Default Quick tyre question

Just wondered what people thoughts were on buying a used tyre that has been professionally punchered repaired? Im kinda thinking its ok, as if you got a puncher in your own tyre, than you'd get it mended and still use it, wouldnt you????

Personally I would never fit a used tyre but would use one I had repaired that I had bought new. The reason being you have no idea how it has been treated, if its been kurbed badly and the side walls had started to delaminate. Could be a potential death trap. For £120 for two tyres, I'd pay the extra, but thats me and my opinion.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!
