It is with regret to inform you that as of September 4th 2008, all assets
owned by our company and outstanding customer orders have been seized by
the High Court and have taken legal control of goods by

Unfortunately this now renders the company insolvent and therefore unable
to fulfill your order, or to continue trading. This has been caused due to
current trading climate and the nature of our business. We have suffered
over the last 6-months to a degree that has resulted in this position.
It is with our deepest regret to inform you of this tragic news, but we feel
obliged to inform you at the earliest convenience.
We were a small family run business that traded successfully for 4 1/2 years
. We are deeply saddened by this outcome and losing the customer base and
reputation we worked so feverishly hard to build. Apart from the company
being forced into an insolvent position, we have also lost our livelihood.
We do hope and anticipate that most if not all orders should be covered by
either the insurance of Paypal or your Credit Card Company, if paid by this
means, as we would not want you to personally suffer as a result of the above
. We accept that our apology may mean very little under the circumstances,
but we are truly sorry that you are receiving this news.
We will of course be taking legal advice in respect to our current position,
and will inform you in due course of any further action to be taken.
