    Default small but ...

The day went to do some small interiur mods... well everything takes time when 3 kids want to help.. and keeps asking questions..

    The first went fairly quick..

A extra power outlet in the trunk, but this one on constant power, as the other is set up only working with ignition.
(maby should be added to the how to.. as i took the power from above the 40 amp fuse seen on pic)

Well the second mod was a pain in the ****. couldt be done with rooflining down.. so as to drop by opel as i knew that they had one with those on, to look where they where placed.. im reasonable please... not perfect.. but ok.

Well the last mod was to change the way off my dvdheadrests.. so they no longer was dependant on ignition.. so used the plug below the 40 amp fuse (see pic above) and routed it in the the center colsole, and put a swich on.. there should be ligth in it.. but then it was there all the time (the light.. maby check tomorrow if it helps to swap wires)

Some nice work there Ken, so with the rear power outlet if you take power from above the 40amp fuse the ignition controls the power and under the fuse is permanant live? Or is it the other way round, didn't realise you could wire it to come on with ignition.

both above and below the 40 amp fuse is constant live.. but on the estate there allready wires for at poweroutlet thats on ignition live.. the only way else to make "ignition live" is to run a wire from the center console to the back i think.
