while in the main screen, push settings, choose language ("Sprache"), answer yes, insert the language disc when the system asks for it... that's all

your dealer
or ask anyone with a CD70 in his Astra/Zafira/Vectra... if you can borrow it for 5 min.; it is something you get with the car but you never use
