Off to Weymouth for a fortnight tommorrow. Just wondered if anyone down there has any update on floods and road conditions in the area

Phoned the caravan site we are stoppingat and she said it was wet, but we should be able to get on the field alright. Thats on a farm site.

I would double check this, as the rain in Bournemouth has been very bad; it seems to be like that everywhere at the moment...

Thanks for all of your replies. Just returned from Weymouth. Was very wet for first couple of days but then sunny every day for the rest of the fortnight. Well impressed with Weymouth, excellent beach, excellent town for shopping, loads to do, and roads not too bad either. Only downside.......won't be using a Haven Holiday Park again. Don't ask. Am drafting letter to head office as we speak.

You've missed it I'm afraid - yesterday was the first day of Autumn. (Oddly it's been nice and sunny since then!!)
