    Default Soft Drinks Rip Off!!!!

I knew this already, but had fprgotten until now!!!!

Why are canned soft drinks 60p upwards from most places??

I am in Coca Cola at Sidcup as i type, and they have a vending machine here, selling all CCSB products for 20p!!!
Now, CCSB are not going to give the stuff away, they are going to at least break even, so lets say they are making 5p a can, its more than that AFAIK, why can retailers charge stupid prices for it, and more to the point, why the hell do we pay it!!!!!!

I did try and take a picture of the vending machines to show the price, but the guy in the office stopped me! LOL!!

we worked out that a hamburger costs 1p to buy 1p to cook it and 1p to dress it 2p to sell it thats just 5p for a hambuger.

it was just 11p for a quarterpounder , 12p for a bigmac frys was 7p med coke was 7p.

I worked in CCSB a few years and we used to buy a tray "24" of coke products for 2.40. It costs that at asda/tesco etc for a pack of 6.
I now buy my drinks from Costco at about 5.50 a tray of 24.

I refuse to buy drinks from these motorway stops. about 2.00 for a little bottle

I can never understand why anybody wants to buy cans of drink when all they are is fizzy, sugar full, tins of coloured water. I stop buying fizzy drinks a long time ago! (expect for mixers in alcoholic beverages ) Water is still the best drink you can have (except for alocoholic beverages!).

I take a flask full of filtered/chilled water with me everyday, saves a small fortune
Lois Griffin: Peter! You're bribing your daughter with a car?
Peter Griffin: Ah, c'mon, Lois, isn't 'bribe' just another word for 'love'?

I agree with the above statement, I am a water person; as fizzy drinks make me more thirsty...

I do like a can of diet coke, with my fish and chips, or as an added mixture to vodka; but I rather have red bull instead...

It is crazy of the food, drinks, petrol and the list goes on; it has become very expensive indeed...
