Depending on the offset and hub size they will fit. What did they come off?

I have always loved those wheels.

Edit: forgot to add, as yours is a 3.0cdti you really should be thinking of running XL tyres. The size on those is a bit off too, but not too far.

They wil fit ok then, just be a bit careful of the load rating on the tyres. A manual 3.0V6 is "just" ok on 91W's. the auto needs the XL rated as a minimum.

The size is nearly the same as the origional ones. They will look smaller and your speedo will be out due to the fact both the tyre width and sidewall is smaller than it should be. The sidewall height is a percentage of the tyre width. There is a calculator on here somewhere that will tell you how far out it is.

EDIT: correction, the tyre size isn't too far out as the oe size is 215/50/17 and your looking at 215/45/17

Your speedo will read 3.3% too fast, it will read 60mph when your doing 58mph - so not too bad. The sidewall is 10mm lower in height.

Considering that you can have 225/45/17 fitted the tyres on the new rims should be ok speedo wise (they will not be out that much). I think myself that if I had a 3.0l I would want 225 or better still 235 tyre widths. Whats fitted at the moment?
