would the 6 spd gearbox fit my 2.2 direct

as above as my signum only has 5 gears i was wondering if the 6 spd as fitted too the likes of cdti engined cars would fit my car and would there be any benefit in such a conversion iebetter ratios?

Facelift Directs were all fitted with 6 speed boxes Pogo, so there would definatley be one that fits.

I've only got the 5 speed box on my Direct, really needs a 6th gear on the motorway don't it.

the 2.2 needs the 6 speed gearbox.. if it dosnt have it (i need it to)

So does the 2.0 really. The gears on the 5 speed are a bit far apart for a diesel.
