VXR steering wheel fitment

I have an 05 plate pre-facelift full Canbus SRI 2.2 Direct Vectra. I'm looking to fit a VXR steering wheel, I just wanted to check that it will fit before buying, can anybody clarify for me?

It will fit just fine mate, and will be great - you'll just need a facelift airbag...

Thanks for the reply Penfold, its got an airbag with it, will that fit ok or does it need to be a Vectra one as I believe the steering wheel was originally off an Astra?

Ahh no, that'll be fine mate if it comes with one - it'll fit straight on and you'll be enjoyibg driving bliss in minutes.....

yeah I've got one - had to buy them seperately and cost 250 squid in total, but it was worth it - especially on long journeys...
