Not sure on a new motor. It perhaps would be easier & cheaper to just have a labotomy

I do like a good performance car, But it would be nice to get some economy !!! That is what the vectra estate was about...

I do like the Vectra Estates & would not mind a Vxr, My wallet thinks otherwise !!!

Perhaps another Scooby wagon..

Are the 3.2 Vectras much different than the Cdti 1.9's ??

The other Factor on the car front is that,
This is by far the best car Forum on the Net, I have been members of many but none are as Fun, Imformative, Friendly & damn helpful, It is this site that makes me want to stay with the Monarch

in terms of mpg probably a bit different and you get half leather with the gsi or full with the elite there are a few more interior differences and obviously performance wise aswell

Thats the main factor, performance wise & the difference, I suppose i should try to drive one

its not that bad i can get around 25 mpg around town and 33-35mpg on motorway trip if you drove one im sure you would want it and they are very cheap at the moment
