13 pin caravan connection.

Anybody had a 13 pin socket fitted to their car.

Are they Plug and Play?

Where to get one?

Having trouble with the fridge burn out problem on the grey plug, so thought I would look into the 13 pin setup.

hi i have i 13 pin on mine i brought the loom from vx i have a 30cdti and i had to have the electrics turned on by vx with the tec 2 so it is plug and play once switched on and ive never had any problems with mine

You'll probably find that you need a thicker earth return on pin 7 of your cars 12s socket , direct to the cars chassis
having said that all new 09 vans have the 13 pin plug fitted new EN thing
