    Default Upgraded Brakes

    Just a quick query...

Im looking to get my brakes upgraded to the 314mm's. My question is about how much would I be looking to spend altogether, including the kit and fitting?

    Thank in advance.

You can get the kit for 320 from LMF. Ask for a discount
Not sure on the fitting side of things.

Fitting will take less than an hour - any independent garage will do it for whatever their labour rate is.

What is actually upgraded with these kits, are the calipers replaced also.
IOW whats in the kit? Thought about having this done myself, I know most of you have them for the looks, but I assume the braking efficiency is improved too due to the larger disc.

you get the calipers, mounts and the disc's and pads....

as well as the looks, they will seriously up the stopping power of the 285mm equipped cars...

Braking is much better, you realise that as soon as you touch the brake pedal & they keep getting better with use so yes, they do look better, but for me it's the much improved braking that counts.
