No one can know for sure, but an estimate is easy enough - what's a 3 year old equivalent model to yours worth at the moment, then knock off, say 20% of that price as it will be an obsolete model.

Looking at what I've been offered for mine I'd say about £4.5K - £5K.

Trading it in or private sale? £4900 trade - and £5800 - private

I depends what you mean as to "whats it worth"? Do you mean a private sale price, dealer price or a part ex price? A dealer would put your model up for around £5500 on the forecourt but I doubt you'd get that private.

You can buy them virtually brand new here from Motorpoint with 1000 miles on the clock for £9K. Vectra's wont be worth much at all in 3 years due it being an obsolete model, as said earlier.

Vecta's aren't known for good residuals but look after it to ensure you get the best possible price and sell it privately.

And another thing I've noticed from my experience is that keeping up the FSH dont mean jack when it comes to part ex. You still get a cr@p price.
But its worth keeping up and it would help sell it private.
