Smile Does anybody have a contact numb/msn for Diagnostix Mike?

I PMd him twice but no reply.

Hoping for some advice about the different driving characteristics between PK Green and CR1 to help me make a more informed choice

(if anyone else can help would be appreciated ... but i don't want to p155 everyone off by starting a new 'a Vs b' thread... but saying that, I have read every post on the diesel tuning section and can't find much info directly relating to the differences in these two).

    Thanks
    Rikki

    My experiences only:

CR1 - Good power increase on standard. Drove well though slight hesistating on part throttle at low revs. Fuel computer was out and trip computer by around 10%. Was at 21 turns with no smoke. Felt all the power at once then dies off high revs. Economy was no better.

PowerKlick Green - Feels like the Vx 150bhp car but the power and torque curves have just been lifted up. Driving characteristics and power delivery are like the standard one but more.... if you see what I mean? Economy was slightly better.

I prefered the PowerKlick on my car as it felt faster, drove nicer and felt more like a factory upgrade than the CR1 did. Though I know Alex had problems with the PowerKlick green on his and much prefers his CR1. All down to the individual mate.

    Both do the job.

CR1 and PowerKlick are available from Abyss and Mike (Diagnostix) on here.

Just for reference my car is going for a remap shortly as long term I think this is better for my car.

I agree with CDTi that the remap (long term) is the much better option. But for the money you can't beat the tuning boxes.

Oh yeah!!! - CDTi, I've seen it, it's the future.

Rob at Minisport had a great big smile on his face after that run.
