    Default scratched paint work

    hi ive got some light scratches on my black metallic paintwork, from kids usin my motor as a leaning post. does anyone know any good polishes or restorers on the market to remove these marks? cheers

    if they haven't gone through the laquer then scratch-x will shift them.. if it's through the clearcoat then it's going to have to be a respray

    hi some are surface and some you can see the under coat, there was restorer on ebay two stage treatment, rub scratch out then 2nd stage polish cream, is that a bad idea? kids hey, looks like chips away bloke then????

    for the deeper ones yes... the lighter one's you need meguairs scratch-x.. it's not in the 3 stage kit, but in a small black squeezy tube..
