    Default Dent removal?

My dad has gone and put a dent in his front wing of his Vivaro van.It hasn't damaged the paintwork and looks like ,if you could get behind it,then it would pop back out.

What is the best way to get this repaired.I had heard of people using freezer spray and then a hair dryer to make the metal expand and contract ,hence popping out the dent.Has anyone done this and does it work? or is it a urban legend?

Failing that,is these dent companies any good? and how much do they cost?

    Thanks for your help

wouldnt even try it your self.Dent removal companies only charge £50 ish. my locaL dent devils chap done my dent on my door (some pikie opening thier door onto it) for £25 cash no reciept. Spoke to him while waiting for my takeaway. Seen people make a mess of paint work and the panels pushing it out their selves and differnt tools.

Same - bloke at work dented his 2-day old car and in the initial panic tried to push it out. He eventually got one of these home dent removers and to be honest they result is gobsmackingly good. The only slight imperfection, and you have to know where to look, is the bit he screwed up himself, otherwise its near perfect.

Probably a bit far but I used these guys. It was £50 to remove a dent on the bonnet. The repair was 100%. Couldn't tell where the dent had been.

They reserve Saturday mornings for the public but you have to book.

I had a small dent in the wing of an Astra.I was due to take it back. Luckily the repair guys in work do small repairs in the works car park on a Friday afternoon. The chap just pulled the arch liner to get his bar up inside the wing and worked it from the inside. 10 mins work and you would never know it had been dented and all for 20 quid!! Bargain!!
