    Default Getting light swirl marks out

    Whats the best stuff for getting light swirls out of my paint work?

    and I know it isnt that stuff that jml sell lol.

    I read somewhere that autoglym Restorer is the bees knees ?
    Any thoughts.

    Would claying help me any ?

    claying won't help much.. what you need is Meguiars scratch-x or a similar light cutting compound ( NOT t-cut) .. the swirls are in the top of the laquer and need 'cutting' to make them less visible

    By hand you'll have your work cut out for you. If you use Scratch-X I would do it in bits i.e. one day do the bonnet then the next time you wash the car do the wings and so on as doing it in one day will be hard work. Obviously it depends on the severity of the swirls.
