steel structure wheels

I may be mad but would like to know what people think.As a poor exclusive owner I removed the wheel trims today to give them a good clean and while i was power washing the wheels i started to wonder what they would like sprayed gloss black.I have a metro Blue car and think It would look good,but how would i hide the hub nuts and would an alloy wheel blank do the the job??
Or........ should i persuade the wife that her car needs changing and buy a SRI like i should of in the first place!

buy some alloy wheels only about £250 with tyres.
allways on sale here or ebay.

They look really cool but I'm going to France tomorrow for two weeks so won,t mess you about with any silly questions.When i,m back my front tyres will be due for change so it really could be an option but these really should sell before then ....good luck

I have seen a few older Vx cars running about on exclusive rims, I think they look really cool. kinda retro/euro look to them.
