    Default 3.0V6 engine cover

    While having a look under the car today I noticed that I don't have an engine sound shield under the engine. Should I have one? I'm not worried that I don't, just wondered if there should be one as I was under the impression that all diesels have them.

    there normally is one fitted ( it's just an acoustic cover..) but it may have been removed some time in the past and just not refitted...

    not really much to worry about.. it was only ever there for EC driveby noise regulations..
