hi all just joined the forum bought my self a 2004 vecci 1.9 cdti 150bhp

i was wondering if and where the following is available and what sort of power i can expect.

    remap/chip or whatever
    front mount intercooler
    full s/s exhaust

    dibilas is avaliable
remaps are avaliable.. they will typically generate about 180 - 200 bhp..

FMIC's will be a custom made install..see Plama's thread on his.

Stainless exhausts are avaliable from many sources..

Dump valves are possible on a diesel but do nothing for them..

Uprated turbo's are a custom item as well...

how much will you see??... the most highly developed 1.9 150 only saw 280BHP before destruction but that was with nitrous, methanol injection and a remap with a tuning box as well...

to be fair.. don't try to get more than the low 200's out of it...

thanks mate, id be happy with 200bhp.
just thought frot mount would aid cooling and improve reliabillity. and also dump valve for the noise lol.
think will get dbillis, full stainles zorts, front mount made up and dump valve and get it mapped.
should be a safe 200 at that.

TBH mate, the dbillas is only a cast iron airbox with a K&N panel filter in it, so save the cash, de restrict your stock box and fit a K&N panel filter.

dbillas intake system.............save your money as the cdti diesel dosnt need the airflow you may get 1 bhp
remap/chip or whatever ........remaps will get you to around 185 bhp but it the torque you need to look at with the diesel
front mount intercooler...........you will gain no power but you may find that it helps with heat soak
full s/s exhaust....................... a good cat back will cost you around £350 to £400

    dump valve............................its not needed
uprated turbo.........................wait around 5 months and opc will have a twin turbo that wil be one off one on and it will be with a new downpipe but you will need there new map as you see below

anyone got any specs with power would be nice to see.

this is without methanol injection but its on the car and ready to be set you to run

Regal are fine - only Nutron ever had any real issues

Just take any of their 'expected gains' with a healthy pinch of salt...just because it might say 220 on their rollers doesn't mean it will be.

Their 205bhp remap for my 1.9CDTi (which magically dropped to 200 once I asked them about it ) produced 195 on their rollers but never more than 185 on any other set... Exactly the same as every other remapped 1.9CDTi...

Funny that, seeing as they use the same software as everyone else...

But a good outfit nevertheless, maybe not the most competitively priced but certainly know what they're talking about. I'd happily use them again.
