    Default rear seatbelt tensioner panel on a signum

    hl,is there really no one out there who can tell me how to remove the panel, covering the rear seatbelt tensioner on a signum.please

    Send Andy.l a PM i know he did this when he removed his headliner.

    right.. it's quite a big job..

    starting from the boot aperture.. remove the following..

    boot floor carpet
    rear plastic landing panel
    rear boot seal
    rear load cover
    side cubby panel cover..

    remove the torx screws that hold it to the body side.

    fold the rear seat flat..

    remove the door aperture seal.
    remove the top seatbelt swivel point bolt.
    prise forward the plastic plug in the trim panel and remove..

    the panel is now only held on with popstuds, gently prise it forward..

    thread the seatbelt out of the panel as you remove it..

    the entire panel from bootlid to door will now come off...

    the seatbelt roller carriage is fitted to the pillar.


    The actual seatbelt pretensioner is fitted to the seatframe of the relevant seat.. if that has fired you will need to remove the seat to change that part.
