    Default ebay problem

    sold 3 old phones last week on ebay.. listed full and said average wear and tear as 2 yrs old sold as job lot.nokia 7373 and 2 pepel ones.. buyer received phones tues this week .. now emailed me this morning as not happy and wants a full refund said she got them for her kids. but they find the keys too small to use ..so no longer wants them .. dont want a neg feed back nor do i want the hassle of refunding her as phones are not damaged or missing in post.. any help please

    Well that sounds like her problem, not yours!! She should have considered everything before making a bid on them!

    You don't have to refund her just because her kids find the buttons too small.

    Politely tell her that she should put them back up for sale on eBay herself.

    If you have any further problems inform eBay.

    i have also had this problem with a buyer so i asked them to send the phone back before i refunded them back, and guess what it didn't arrive so i didnt give a refund just be care full as their are people out their that want to scam others

    The buyer should have checked that the phones where suitable before bidding.You supplied what you said, so she has no come-back.If she leaves neg feedback contact Ebay and get it taken off.She's trying it on

    TELL HER TO SELL THEM ON EBAY

    not your problem and even if she does put in a negative response you can put your side of the story on so that people can see that she new what she was buying.

    Tell her you aren't The Link or Carphone Warehouse and sadly you don't have a 3 yr 60000 dials warranty package available.
