the brother in law bought an r reg 1.4 saxo from henderson motors 4 months ago, he knows nowt about cars. he payed 1500 quid for it. i thought the brakes were terrible, so he took it back and they re tested the brakes. the verdict was that they were satisfactory. the cylinder head has just gone and theyve quoted him a further 200 quid to have it skimmed and refitted. ive been on the phone to the guy and he recons he has fulfilled his requirements as a car dealer. he got a 30 day warranty with the car. so what do you recon? fair or unfair?

Technically this is fair, but for customer satisfaction and the importance of creating a good reputation as a dealer, then this sucks Spread the word mate

The best publicity is the free word of mouth type. Likewise the worst is also via word of mouth. As you say, direct him this way
