Electric Window Fault

Got in the car this morning as normal. I usually open the front windows and then putthe key in and start the car, however this morning they wouldn't open. They work fine when the engines running and they also open/close from the key but the function where they stay active for 10 mins or so from switching the engine off or unlocking the car no longer seems to work.

Any ideas if this can be switched on/off somehow? The only thing I did differently last night was I had the radio off when I came home. Would this effect it?
