Just gone ahead and ordered my ticket for brands cost was £22 plus £1.50 postage.
Amendment to earlier posted e-mail address is www brandshatch.co.uk
first time for me at a BTCC meeting yesterday, i won a couple of tickets off teletext, (some on for Brands, page 108)well worth the drive down in the fog and the drive back in the pouring rain!! I was on the lookout for some Blue shirts but never saw anyone.
Dunc think everyone was giving silverstone the miss because of trax next week
Yea you're probably right, they missed a good day though, the rain made it a little interesting to say the least, especially in the support races
Stayed home and watched it on tv
hi my bit and i went silverstone 1st time to BTCC and yes am hooked, watched on tv before, but since had my veccy thought would go to a race day. rain no prob, the smells of rubber and burnt fuel and roaring engines fantastic, i would def recommend going. just keep ya cool on trying to get out the carpark at the end lol
We could be on for a good turnout by the sounds of it.
I've been going to Brands Hatch for the last 8 years or so, usually about 4 times a year, (BTCC x2, WTCC, DTM), and i'm sure it's the same for Jay Kay. We usually park up on the South Bank, (extra £5 at the gate) so if we get enough interest, and depending where everyone is coming from, we can arrange a meeting point before we go into the circuit. Bob, you could meet me and Jay at Clackett Lane Services?
I'll start a new thread so we can get names to gauge the interest.
Snowman, you got your ears on?
Hi paul clackett,s sounds good to me.
