Not certain on this one - I think it depends whether your car is half or full canbus (half has 3 buttons on each side of steering wheel, full has 2 buttons and roller me thinks).

I've just got an autoleads PC99 X80 for my full-canbus Veccy. This is the one that I was advised to get. The one you mention may well be correct for half-canbus models.

Hope that helps. I'm certain one of the more electrically-minded will be on to give a more definite answer.

The PC99 X45 is listed as being for the Vectra '02-'04 and is the one I've got in mine and yes is easy to fit as long as you follow the instructions properly as its not just a case of plugging it all in in one go.
However I've just got the boring 2 line display so I can't help with the display question.
