Default Next problem eibach springs please help

Hi guys, i'm changing the springs on the vectra and are now on to the rear springs, the thing is i have removed one spring which has an approx 50mm hole in either end to take the damper ring and spring stop. However the eibach springs have a 50mm at one end and approx 65mm at the other meaning either the spring stop or damper ring will be slack, is this normal? also would there be any changes on design between prefaclift and facelift rear springs to accomadate the differance mines a 2002

That seems to be the Pro Kit for 2.0T, 3.2, 1.9CDTI, 2.0 DTi, 2.2 DTi, so that looks right.

The springs look wrong though, they should be the same as the ones that came off.

Hi Shunter, thats what i think too, i checked the part numbers and they seem to right. I wondered if anyone had seen this before when doing the swap over. All the rears seem to be rated up to the same weight so i don't know if it is just the fronts that need to be set for the weight although i allready have the fronts fitted now. I would have thought the design of the springs would be the same though. I might have to phone eibach themselves on monday and see what they say.

I'm not sure if this is a part number as such but the number printed on the rear springs is 1.1 75 007 01 HA if it is the part number it would surley have to match the number on the box would'nt it?
