has anyone on here had any dealings with these guys?
first off, it took over a week to aknowledge my order, another week for item to arrive (supposed to be next day delivery), then when i arrived home from work today, i checked my bank account online and they have charged me twice for one set of lowering springs!!! phoned them and they basically said that i will have to prove it by e mailing my account to them. surely they can yell how much money they have taken from me? any advice guys?

Do as they ask and wait for a reply,not had dealing's with them personally but this is totally unexectable imo,hope you get your money back m8........

Dealt with them before, ordered OZ wheels a while back and never had any problems at all.

Ordered my Pi springs with them last year`and didn't have a problem.

I have dealt with POTN on numerous occasions and they were outstanding...

Ask to speak to Amy Elliott, if she still works there..I kind of know her on a personal level, she used to live 2 doors from me, and delat with my problems absolutely faultlessly.

ordered pi springs as i am after the -45 drop. they sent me back an e mail and said they were passing it on to customer services.
good to hear that you all have good experiances with this company, hopefully just a genuine mistake!
