Stupid question (it's getting late!)........ Which part of the belt does this clamp to? Is it on the lap bit or the shoulder part?? Sounds interesting.

Look at the pic in the ad, it appears to attach to the shoulder bit just by the buckle. I'm assuming the way it works is it keeps the lap bit taught by not allowing any more belt to feed through the buckle part.

    Hi,

Yes it does attach to the Buckle, and does keep the lap belt part Taught.

To release it you simply push a little leaver.

It also helps with back pain, by not allowing you to Slouch in your seat.

One reason I might get one for the long journeys as my back is in bits after sitting for 400miles.

the only fault with my Vec is long journeys. I get out after a long drive and my back feels like it's been broken in half. It's comfortable all the while I'm on the move mind...

I also used to have back pain after a long journey, this device has helped no end. Well worth a try if you suffer. Your back feels much straighter with it fitted, and cornering is so so much better!!
