Default Tiny - You're My Best Friend

    Hello Guys and Girls,

I am looking to design a video of Tiny, with the soundtrack of Queen - you're my best friend.. Any ideas if you can use photos, as I have a wide selection of them, looking to do something like this below:

    http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=1z6GJFQOQcw

It looks like only videos on YouTube, but not sure how to use it.. Is their any program that I can use; to achieve this..

This song reminds me of Tiny, I came across it today; which was given to me by my ex boyfriend...

As he stated that it reminds him of me, which I feel the same way of Tiny, any advise would be helpful...

    Many thanks

    Diana

Have a go with Windows Movie Maker. It's pretty intuitive and very easy to edit.

Does it work on vista or is it just windows? It looks like it only works on windows, if that is the case..

I will have to take vista off my computer and reinstall windows XP, thanks for that...

I can get on with design a video of Tiny, hopefully by the weekend; as I am off on Sunday to visit his grave...

    No!!!

Windows Movie Maker should be already installed on a system running a Vista O/S.

What version of Vista are you running?. Home, Business, Ultimate etc?.

Look in your program list, click the Start button then All Programs.

It should be in there AFAIK.

If, for some strange reason it's not there, you can download it from various places online, including here :-

It's really easy to use, packed with features but very intuitive and can give cracking results...

I have used Windows movie maker in the past D, using only photos.

You can also change the transition effect between pictures & apply effects to make the pictures look 'older'.

You can also choose where to put the music during the 'movie'

I've just checked my laptop that's running Vista & it's on there

    Hope this helps D

Thanks Ian, that really helps, as I have a number of pictures of Tiny growning up and doing his stuff... It will help me with the grieving process, advised by my loved ones and the dr...

If I get stuck, I know where to come to; if that is ok?

I will be applying the music, my best friend; as it really reminds me of Tiny...He was my ray of sunshine, I am so glad that he was part of my life, they only wish I have, is that the circumstances around him and I where better...

If you have any problems, I'd be more than happy to give it a go for you, simply e-mail the pictures and I'd stick something together for you. I can understand it would be quite hard to sit there going through them without it bringing up some feelings...

Thanks for that, I will have a go; if it gets to much I will send them across to you...
