    Default Warranty invalidations

Ok probably a big ask but can anyone give me a list of what will invalidate the warranty. I wanna get a twin exhaust system on my motor would this invalidate it?

In a word no. It may invalidate the warranty on the rest of the exhaust system, but Vx would have to prove that by adding the twin exhausts it had caused the issue - highly unlikely.

As for the rest of the warranty on the car, it wouldn't affect it - engine included. Again, they'd have to prove that any different exhaust/addition had caused the issue in the engine etc.

I wouldn't worry about it then, it's not going to invalidate anything. Shouldn't even invalidate the rest of the exhaust system warranty i.e. catalyst as there's no way just adding a twin exit would affect that.

As for suspension mods, well shock absorbers & some other components aren't covered under the normal warranty anyway (wear and tear items), but if other parts wear out and they claim its linked to the mods, they may not carry out warranty work.
Large wheels, not recommended by Vauxhall could cause steering components to wear early.
Some dealers seem to be more strict than others with this kind of stuff, but I think it's written somewhere that any "non-approved" modifications carried out on the car could invalidate the warranty.
