dunno if its been done but you'd need a fair few items to make it factoryfit..

parts of the top of my head other than the AFL's are sensors on steering rack (maybe new rack), front level sensor, rear level sensor, plus associated wiring looms, new light switch unit, and front mounted washer jets to comply with MOT rules.

what lights do you have at the moment?

Yep, if memory serves the rack is different, and this is the biggest stopper for most people as it is mega money on its own without anything else.

Are you sure they are AFL'S? They could be the standard VXR Xenons?

You would still need the level sensors front & rear but not the steering angle sensor. It would be loads easier and cheaper going for a good quality HID kit.

If your car has ESP then you will already have a steering ange sensor.

Well I can't speak for the PIAA HIDS but I can for their bulbs. I had a couple of them several years ago, they were well overpriced and not great quality.

In all turthfullness it's probably easier finding a car which has them as standard - best bet being either a VXR or an older GSi. They're optional extras on every other trim level so can be quite hard to come by...

Oh, and not every word has to start with a capital letter dude...
