and this is the reason why i haven't lowered my car, it's on OEM facelift 17 inch SRI wheels but i hate the arch gap... now if i lower it and want to keep some comfort Billstein B4/B6/B8's with minus 30mm but in most cases that is still to high for me... when i lower cars I usually go for coilovers, but the ones that have full dampening control are more expensive than the car so that isn't happening... and the cheaper ones (joms, afk and the likes) are just to stiff and honestly just take away the comfy ride the vectra is on it's oem shocks... so I kept to them because i do prefer the comfy ride... just hate the arch gap...

that all said yours looks a lot better now.

    Bilstein B8 / Eibach combo.

is a Design, so 15mm lower than standard from the factory, Eibach is 15mm lower again, 30mm lower than standard.

It looks awesome but that is because you are rolling on 19 inch snowies...

18s on mine, ideally would like it lower but after driving it was cheap coilies fir over 6 months pretty much slammed and dreading the next speed bump, eibachs and b8s is the best compromise for me.

i am currently on 17 omega elites and running bilstein b4's and eibachs and the ride is quite comfy. If i was to go to 18" twintops and bilstein b8's would the ride be a lot worse?

depends on what you class as 'worse'.

I went from B4's to B8's, and it's certainly stiffer, and the change from 17's to 18's with the corresponding drop in tyre wall size will add to the effect.

I'd say it's a 'better' ride, but that's only my opinion.
