Easy to fit and no problems so far. Incidentally, as I'd been messing around with the h/lights as part of fitting these, thought I'd get the h/light alignment checked at an MoT place in case I'd knocked it was out of true (turns out they were still spot on) and I asked the garage owner whether his testers would pass or fail a car with after-market HIDs, he said as long as the alignment and beam pattern were correct it was none of his business what bulbs I had.
hid are you way forward and if you do get the chance to get the 50 watts kits do try them
i recently fitted my h i d lights one kept turning it's self off quite annoying so i removed them but i was bored so i tried them again no prob's
i bought mine of e-bay only about 60 quid so i bought some spare bulbs as well mine are the 10000k bulbs there are no probs for your test the only difference is there are brighter not a issue for the test no probs with the light has they DO NOT CHANGE THE BULB PATTERN there are just brighter these are money well spent i have them on my veccy b sri150 well tastey
when i used to work at a testing station there is no requiement of the intensity of light just the beam pattern the h i d on the veccy b i have there have been on the last two years and no probs at the testing station just a nice cool blue glow
