    Fitted HIDs to the dipped beam on my wife's Signum this week, take a look at the pic below...haven't had a chance to take a night time pic yet.

    Easy to fit and no problems so far. Incidentally, as I'd been messing around with the h/lights as part of fitting these, thought I'd get the h/light alignment checked at an MoT place in case I'd knocked it was out of true (turns out they were still spot on) and I asked the garage owner whether his testers would pass or fail a car with after-market HIDs, he said as long as the alignment and beam pattern were correct it was none of his business what bulbs I had.

    hid are you way forward and if you do get the chance to get the 50 watts kits do try them

    Thumbs up hid

    i recently fitted my h i d lights one kept turning it's self off quite annoying so i removed them but i was bored so i tried them again no prob's
    i bought mine of e-bay only about 60 quid so i bought some spare bulbs as well mine are the 10000k bulbs there are no probs for your test the only difference is there are brighter not a issue for the test no probs with the light has they DO NOT CHANGE THE BULB PATTERN there are just brighter these are money well spent i have them on my veccy b sri150 well tastey

    Actually it could be a problem with the MOT test. For HID's Xenons you are also supposed to have self levelling lights and head light washers, but I'm not aware of any station that has failed someone for having these fitted.

    when i used to work at a testing station there is no requiement of the intensity of light just the beam pattern the h i d on the veccy b i have there have been on the last two years and no probs at the testing station just a nice cool blue glow
