    Default Trip computer Kenwood headunit

    Hi,

Would i still be able to use the trip computer if i fitted a kenwood headunit. I know I'd need the adapters for the stalk controls, but just want to know if it would still work?

Mine still works with an Alpine. The only thing I've lost is the station readout on the screen & CanBus switch off as the radio now goes off & on with the ignition. You will need another adptor if you want to set the clock via the steering controls otherwise just plug in your old radio twice a year which takes about 10 minutes
