    Default ccr2006 multichanger jammed

    the cartridge that holds the disks has got stuck in the stereo is there any way i can get this out without taking a hammer to it also i have bought the pins for removing the stereo but can't get it to move any advice would be appreciated thank you.

    No idea how to get the disc changer out, but I have heard that the whole unit can be VERY tight to pull out.

    If the radio is really tight to get out, you can remove the centre vents very easily indeed and making sure the removal keys are in properly you can then give the radio some encouragement to come out from the back

    thanks i will have a look at the air vents i have tried everything from pulling shaking putting my fingers in where the cassette and cd's go and giving it a pull it just won't budge.

    The long silver strip across the dash just pulls off (it's on clips), then you undo the four screws under it that hold the centre vents in place and they lift out, giving you access to the rear of the headunit.
