If money is no object then. I use Mobil 1 in mine. You would need to get the Deisel "version". But the VX oil is Very good. well worth a look at.

Mobil 1 is what i use in mine noticed it run a little less tractor-like. i shoved some slick-50 in there as well and it reduses the clatter alot ive noticed. Slick-50 is about £25 from halfords for 750ml i think, but ve found its well worth it

    Hi...

I would use the VX oil... albeit mobile 1 is good...

there is alot of talk about slick 50 and the other additives.. before you do, i would suggest you have a search on here for the up and downs...

my friendly mechanic says no.. as ptfe is a solid (its in slick 50) and it has to stick some where, oil drains and such like so can cause issues, albeit there are plus points too...

worth a trawl too get some expert advise first!

I'll be using the genuine stuff for £20 and I've done quite a bit of reading recently about additives - if you do a bit of homework you'll find that while Slick 50 and the like were good 10 or 20 years ago, modern oils are more than enough to lubricate the engine.

Regular servicing has got to be better than relying on gunk.
