Speaker under the steering wheel

How can i get to the speaker under the steering wheel?Its the one that beeps when you signal left or right.Guess its broken cause i can bearly hear it.Tnx.

It isnt the loudest in the first place. Sorry dont know how to get to it. If I have a window open or a bit of music on I cant hear mine.

It's the CIM module you want to get at. Not sure if the forum will let you search 'CIM' but it's a fairly common fault

and expensive if it needs replacing out of warranty!

There is a CIM at the moment on ebay.. (just hope its tech2 out of the car) as it need tech2 to get in yours.. because its a £££ from the dealers for a new one.

It was bin for £150 I think. Check it was tech 2'd

I can still hear faint beeps.It just bothers me that i cant hear the tics when you have left or right signal on.The rest,meaning the beeps when you open the trunk or when your seatbelt is not closed don`t bother me.I wanna know how i can get to the CIM if anyone knows.
