Tribute To A Wonderful Man

Sometimes life seems so unfair?!

After passing away last Tuesday evening of ill health, today we laid my Farther-in-Law to rest. It was a service to do him proud. All the people who were most important to him, his 9 children, all his grand-children, great grand children, his sons/daughter in law, and other friends & family.
It's the hardest thing I've had to go thru so far in my 30 yrs as I've lost Aunts & Uncles etc, but Jim was like a Second Dad to me, and accepted me into his family as one of his, and for that I'll always be greatful. I've now got to be strong now for Nicki & the rest of her family, to help her thru this sad time.
Jim was what seems in this day and age to be a dying breed, a geniune gent, kind-hearted, generous, thoughtful, and a funny man. I could not but help have the highest respect for him, and it was an absolute Honour & Privalige to have known the man.

I really believe as long as you have good memories, & still think about the person you have lost, they live on with you. I consider myself very lucky to have known, loved, respected, & learnt from people like that, certainly enriched my life. sorry for your loss
