I would expect you could get around 150-160BHP from a remap.

Try VXRPC in Oxford, TorquingBHP in Cambridge or a BSR PPC unit from LMF Vauxhall.

If you're brave, ChippedUK in Bromsgrove, although there have been *ahem* issues with that company.

As above. I have a 150 CDti, have had a BSR remap for 1 week and I can honestly say, its like a different car to drive. So smooth if your taking it easy but WOW if you gently bury your foot in the accelerator. The 120, I imagine, would be similar differences from standard. I got my BSR unit from bsruk (www.bsruk.co.uk). Very good service and the backup from BSR last week whilst I was flashing the ECU was first class. I dont have anything to do with this company so this is a genuine recommendation.

I just got a tuning box for my 120 vec and it's a real improvement well worth the money. It now feels more like the 150 to drive and I'm well chuffed.

Anyone know if you can re-map AND use a tuning box or would they clash/cancel eachother out?

i'm about to try both the bsr remap and a tuning box. I'll let you know the results. It'll either work or it might go bang. Oh well, one has to try!
