What can I do about this situation?
I ordered a spoiler for the Signum on 7th July from www.e-styling.co.uk. The advert offered free 24hr delivery, and the company's terms & conditions said if delivery was going to be more than 7 days they would be in touch. I received an email confirmation the same day confirming the order, and the money was taken from my bank account.
2 weeks later, I had still heard nothing, so I sent an email to them using the address provided on the website, not hassling, just asking for an update, but got no reply.
A couple of days later I called the 0845 customer service number which went straight to an answerphone. I left a pleasant message, again just asking for an update, but heard nothing back.
I've tried again this morning, and got the same answerphone message. I left another message, but again no reply. I've sent another email but to be honest I'm not hopeful.
it's over 3 weeks since I ordered, and to all intents and purposes the company is unreachable. What the hell can I do now?
