I have send twe-mails to the above department and both (to date) have been ignored. Is this normal to wait 5 working days for a response??

Do any of you know, where else I can send my e-mail for a response from them?

What about the manager of that department or top brass.

me knowing how they work thats very normal for vauxhall to ignore
emails etc,hope you get sorted

They only respond to emails with a phone number
When they do phone you, they ask YOU to phone them back on a different number
