i am so board at the moment i have just had a shoulder opp and have been told that i can not drive for at least the next six weeks

AWUCH! Sorry to hear that mate...you need to find something to do ASAP, otherwise you will have the longest 6 weeks ever.
I know you can plan the next mods or something

What you had done Jambo?...

I had a bankhart repair on my left shoulder a few years ago after multiple dislocations, uber painful!....

I too got very bored of not driving for months!

ive had a repair the lybrium?? shaved some bone spurs screwed a screw into the bone then tied the lybrium back down and had a cyst removed all done by key hole surgery.
how long did it take you to fully recover ??

A good 6 months tbh mate although mine was open surgery, the physio is the worst part but I don't wanna put you off....

It'll be worth it all in the end I'm sure!
